I stay there years ago. Happened to be in town for an event. And remembered it was a nice place by several good dining options. I remember years ago the paper reviewed this place in the travel and leisure section. Charming boutique hotel. It has everything for me, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and even a cooking stove. Staff is great, fair prices. Some wear and age in the rooms, nothing bad. Comfortable bed, the only thing that may bother you is traffic noise especially motorcycles on PCH and occasional train coaster going by. That's about it, great place to stay in a small beach city

This is the nicest 2 star place we have ever stayed at. It was impeccably clean and the beds were super comfy. Their was no weird smell and the neighborhood is super fun. It is a small motel and all potential garden space is taken up with parking, so not too glamorous, but well-maintained. Wed go back in a heartbeat. Oh yes, train does pass by very close. The noise didnt bother me.

This hotel is my happy place. It feels like a California ranch villa. I can walk to three beaches and multiple restaurants and wine bars. Mark at reception takes good care of people.

Bed was squeaky, same room as 15 years ago, But I’ve been in other rooms and the experience I have here is the only place my husband & I like to stay at. The kitchens are perfectly stocked & we enjoy cooking instead of eating out. You can’t go wrong trying this place out. Cozy

cozy 60's 70's roadside beach motel vibe..clean rooms but no bath vents except open bathroom window..great place to relax a bit outside and sleep but not a room you would want to hang out in. we stayed 2 nights but were only on property at night as we have family in area..definitely recommend for affordability in leucadia..much more $$ places that are nowhere near as nice!!

It is a quaint little inn that is in a nice area, close to restaurants and the ocean. The room was charming with a comfortable bed, the only downside is the bathroom was very small. The host was very helpful with our later arrival, leaving a lock box on the door with a key to our room. I would recommend this if your are in the area.

Great location with good parking. I enjoyed the walk to Beacon Park and Grandview beach access points. (Both have long steep descents; people with mobility challenges may need to drive to get to easier access.) Nice clean room with kitchenette. Friendly staff.

We loved everything about this place. The managers are very vested in the operations. He actually escorted us to our room and showed us where everything was. The room was immaculate - very clean. Very quiet. Loved the Spanish tile floor. Bed and comforter were really comfy. We would definitely stay here again. There were dining options next door, two doors down and a produce market next door. Parking on the property. Can’t say enough about this place.
