"I cannot rate this hotel enough. It is in a perfect location, a five-minute walk from Covent Garden. The room is larger than most hotels in central London (and spotlessly clean). It provides ample space for luggage and clothes, and our room even had a chaise longue. What makes this hotel unique is the top-standard service. All staff members —cleaners, bar and restaurant staff, reception, concierge, and maintenance—were excellent. Polite, and accommodating. The breakfast is à la carte and...

"The location is great for being near Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Its close to a railway line so ideally take ear plugs but this didnt bother us. We had a studio room and it was big with a comfy bed. Nice showrr room to. There was a kitchen area as well which was handy. Staff were pleasant. No issues checking in or out. "
