"It was a pleasant stay after visiting Alnwick Gardens. The room was about average size but walk up on third floor. The room was clean and as usual air conditioning was provided by opening the window. Parking is available but not for the faint of heart if you are not used to driving in the UK. "We stayed 2 nights in the Curlew hut for my partners birthday. We got luck and had really clean crisp autumnal days, which gave amazing views of the dark skies. The hut had everything we needed for the break but much longer than a couple of nights might be a bit trying. Hot tub took about 2 hours to warm up and was still warm the next day. Great location close to Cragside which we highly recommend."
