"You absolutely should not book your stay with this property. We tried to reach the owner the prior day and the day of our arrival. We were unable to reach her. We went to the apartment complex, and only the apartment guard was finally able to reach her. When I spoke with her, she said that she was out of the country and not able to get the key to us. "The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The orchid garden is peaceful and sublime. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone from check in, Jose and Claudia, to check out was fantastic. Housekeeping was excellent with superb attention to detail, the wait staff were patient and knowledgeable and the beach staff was accommodating and friendly. The night security guard even got cushions for us so we could stargaze in comfort! It was a wonderful visit for me and my elderly parents....
