Such a cute hotel. The spa area is superb. Note if traveling with kids, only 6 and older can use the hot tub. The pool however was also warm enough to swim/play in. Breakfast has great variety and both indoor and cover outdoor seating with gas heaters. There is noise from the highway but we slept right through it. Rooms are nice and showers are excellent. Staff are very nice.

We stayed here instead of the first hotel we booked, because this place was much nicer and the same price! This is a wonderful spot at this price, includes resort-like atmosphere by the pool, with a very nice full American breakfast included: sausage, eggs, real potatoes, it’s the little things! Room very clean and quiet, and free limo service which we will try next time. Get a room away from the street like we did and you’ll be happy this place. Also, has a pool table and adjacent restaurant.

Had a room on the hwy101 side which was quite noisy with traffic - definitely would recommend earplugs. Rooms farther back on the property probably much quieter. Pool area is really neat and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Property in good condition. Clean and staff courteous. Kristina’s Restaurant on grounds very good. Area around property not good. Many homeless; drugs and prostitutes at night. Unfortunately I would not stay again due to the area.

This is a very nice hotel! Perk of having a complimentary limo take you to a large choice of restaurants in the area to dine. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was very clean. Their breakfast is one of the best - more than just pastries. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

What a lovely hotel. In the midst of the city, but the interior of the property (where the pool and hot tub are, where the outdoor fire pits are and seating area) has been designed to feel like you are in an oasis. The staff is so very welcoming. The breakfast had a lot of options and very good. Just a FYI, no elevators, so if you are on the second floor, you will need to carry luggage. The rooms open up to the outdoors, not a hallway. Which was perfectly fine, without a lot of exterior parking lot noise.
