" This is a scam. I callled the owner the day before to agree a meeting time, which we agreed. When I called the next day to say I would be 30 mins late , he said he’d never heard of me and that I had no booking ( I had full documentation of my booking and payment). He then said he was in Greece and could not help. He put the phone down, and refused to answer any more calls I was left homeless for 2 nights as a result. "

"Booked this on a whim while already in Sicily and so glad we did! Unique short stay with the most welcoming & friendliest of staff. Breakfasting with other guests on deck in the sun was perfect. Would definitely return "

"Original hotel cancelled, so booked this one last minute. Breakfast included warm croissants with chocolate, as well as juice and an asortment of cereals. Room was single bunks in 60 square feet including bathroom, but was the last available. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. There were issues with the price between the website and the owner, which is not acceptable and very uncomfortable."

Ivan was lovely and a brilliant host, going above and beyond, preparing and leaving breakfast out for us every morning. Brilliant communication and recommendations! "

"I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I’m grateful for Myriam’s incredible hospitality!"
