"Good experience"

"We loved the property. We were travelling with a child and we wanted somewhere we felt safe, close to transportation and grocery options. We did not plan to stay in our accommodations during the day, we were looking for a place to crash. There is no lift, but that did not bother us. They unit is in a 200 year old building that has been modernized with with bright colours,new fixtures, furniture and art work. The units are functional and well appointed. "A simple accommodation facility 13-15 min walk from the center and train station of Strasbourg. Cleaning maybe once every few days. The room has a stove, fridge, dishes, kettle, tea and instant coffee. The rooms are rather tired. Sometimes it can be noisy as the rooms are not soundproofed."

"The front desk is not 24/7. We arrived at 7pm and we have had to self check-in through a machine. The description of hotel mention it has a SPA as our benefit, but we did not find that and had no one to ask for. Note: they charge addition fee for after hour call."

"The location of the hotel is in a not-so busy area of London, I believe it's considered the financial district. It was a quiet neighbourhood. Very walkable to tower bridge and some local restaurants. I loved the hotel because I could not hear my neighbours and slept well. I also like that the bed is firm. What I did not like was green light that is in every room. Even when you turn off all the lights, the green light remains on. Also the shower was a little difficult to figure out at first but I...

"The property is impeccably clean, and it is in the heart of the city close to everything.The two issues are the water temperature for the showers was too low, sometimes only reaching lukewarm and the beds which seem kind of cheap. If you move too abruptly on them you risk popping out the wooden slats that support the mattress which happened twice during our stay. If these two items were remedied, it would be 5 stars in my opinion "

"When we arrived, Max was so welcoming and we lucked out with our room already being ready. Our room had everything we needed and we had a great view of the river and bridges. This hotel is in a terrific location to get to Borough Market, St.Pauls cathedral, Sky Garden, Horizon 22 and Tower Bridge just to name a few places. I would highly recommend this hotel."
