Although the hotel is not located in the city center, there is a convenient shuttle service that runs several times a day, making it easy to get around. "It was close to the airport, but it wasn't noisy at all. The mattress was comfortable. The Italian Restaurant's food is good but not pricy. Shuttle bus to the airport is so convenient. Most importantly, the price of the hotel is reasonably fair."

"This was the best hotel in all of my Europe trip. The location couldn’t have been better, we were in the center of Gran Via which is the biggest tourist street in Madrid. It had a bunch of dining options around including a restaurant and a bar in the hotel itself. The metro station was literally across the street and it’s super easy and convenient to use if you wanna move around the city. The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious, clean and organized. They provided bathrooms and slippers for us. It was just very central very accessible and an overall great experience for me. I recommend this to anybody staying in Madrid. You won’t regret it."
