"We stayed here the night before my wedding. And it was just what I needed. The hot tub was great! I loved waking up to the mountains and sipping coffee on the big deck. We ended up doing some morning yoga on the deck and had a great time. The only thing I would say is, if you are not confident driving up dirt roads this might deter some. The last bit of the road to the driveway is a bit rough but doable, so make sure you have an SUV to make it with ease. "

"The house was so cozy and homey, we loved all of the personal art done by the host. The view from the back porch was beautiful and we loved the secluded location. The host was great about advising us of weather and quick to respond to any questions we had. We really appreciated that snow shoveling was done for walkways and driveways. The house was clean and 420 friendly which was surprisingly hard to find in a legal state. Excellent stay, highly recommend!"

"The cabin is very cozy, well maintained and had all of the amenities we needed. The bathroom is modern and updated. The TeePee on the property is very cool! Waited till dark to hang out, have a drink and chat the night away. Highly recommend! "

"We had such a wonderful visit! The cabin was clean and communication with owner when I booked the wrong year was prompt. The location in the canyon is beautiful as well as accessible to restaurants and amazing outdoor activities! Our family is not able to get together that often and this cabin was perfect. So many amenities! We loved it! "

"This was an awesome cabin and a great location for Nederland, Golden Gate Canyon State Park and Idaho Springs. Everyone enjoyed having their own space and bedrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishes. We enjoyed the daily visit of the Moose and her calf and it was an enjoyable walk to the lake. We were even able to see the comet from the rock pile in the back yard. We would definitely stay here again if are in the area. "

"Beautiful lookout over the lake for your morning coffee! This place worked well for two couples. Ned was a fun little town to explore on foot, just a scenic drive away from Boulder and Estes Park. Lots of amenities we didn’t have time to use in this clean A-frame Colorado home away from home."

"Beautiful property, just as portrait in the pictures. No front door, though. Always have to access through the garage or sliding glass door, which cant be locked from outside. Property owners are quick to respond to inquiries. Location is conveniently between Black Hawk and Nederland. The neighborhood is eclectic with lots of dogs on different properties, but for the most part quiet."
