"Pay attention to the check in/deposit process. After check in an email should be sent and a request for a deposit. After the deposit, instructions on your room and how to get in will be sent. Other than that the come and leave as you go is nice and convenient."

"Really lovely place to stay, not what I was expecting at first but I have zero complaints about it!! The staff were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful and the shower controls were mindblowing; the only downside is the pillows/mattress aren’t too comfortable, but everything else about the property is fantastic. Thank you for being so accomodating!!"

"Very clean, safe, 22 min walk to train station, easy check-in, they send you a one time code via e-mail, to enter and get your room key at the reception, easier check out, just to drop off the key in a box, mini fridge in room, private WC in room, shared shower, which I saw always available, cookies, 2 water bottles, liquid and mini bar hand soaps. "A lovely guesthouse in a quiet road in Harmondsworth. We stayed in the family room which is a lovely size. The beds were amazingly comfortable and despite being close to Heathrow it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was brilliant also. We loved the stay and would definitely return."

"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...
