"Great first stay at Quest - Liverpool is home and we visit at least once a year, so it certainly won't be the last. After varying luck with hotels and apartments, we feel this was the best quality and value for money. Spacious, clean, and with an obvious effort to maintain and keep appliances up to date / well looked-after, we had no complaints! Central location is wonderful, gym is small but well-equipped, reception staff helpful."

"Great place to stay! Right next to the racecourse (which is more or less in the centre of town) with parking a couple of minutes' walk away. We didnt use the hotel car park which was full anyway. We were hoping to watch our favourite tv programs but the weather had knocked out the signal. We weren't told when we arrived but overhead someone talking about it. We paid £10 extra for a late checkout but felt maybe this should have been waived due to the inconvenience caused by not having music or...

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

"I stayed here with a friend for a conference, overall it was a comfortable clean stay close to the centre of town, it took us 15 mins to walk to the M&S Arena and about 10 to get into the main shopping area. The check in was a bit restrictive, it was between 3pm and 5.30pm and they continually emailed me to ask me what time I was coming. The other frustration was the map pin, it was inaccurate so I couldn't easily find it."

I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...
