"Relaxing two night break including breakfast and room service. Quality of food was excellent. Service was also excellent. The room was a very good size with a bath and separate toilet. The hotel is dog friendly and there is a great walk through the gardens, golf course and onwards to the South West coast path. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable, with a great choice of teas/coffee’s etc. We chose a room with a view over the estuary and weren’t disappointed. The staff we spoke to were all friendly, polite and professional, credit to the hotel. There was a great choice of food in the restaurant and bar with views over the estuary. "Free parking outside the hotel (a bonus), greeted on entry and helped with check in. Rooms were adequate with ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was a little different: limited cereal option but different bread options for toast. A new one to me was the set menu for cooked breakfast- made to order. Also a choice of teas and coffee. Swimming pool and steam room downstairs as well. A quiet location, a short distance from the shopping areas on each side. 10-15 minute walk or drive it in less. Another feature was book a taxi at the touch of a button. Finally couldn't fault the staff for their excellent customer service. I would recommend this hotel - mainly for couples and friends. Although I would stay here again myself."

"My room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was quite powerful and plenty of hot water. The breakfast is large and very tasty. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, right next to the sea and about twenty minute walk into the town. I would recommend the hotel. "
