Dinner service the one night we ate there was extremely slow, but I suspect there was an issue in the kitchen that day and that was not the norm. We spent 2 nights there and I could have easily stayed longer! Thank you."

"A traditional upmarket British seaside hotel which has clearly seen better days in its past, but appears to be attempting to get them back. Property shows signs of being tired in places, bedrooms are 3 star in particular, but the staff were exceptional and clearly well trained. An excellent venue from which to enjoy the town's Shanty Festival."
