"Overall it was a good property. Close to the highway and restaurants. Our room didn’t look anything like the photos, very outdated. When checking in no one was at the front desk waited about 20 minutes as they were in the restroom a sign at the front desk would be nice. Both ice machines on our floor were broken. "

"Customer Service was great. Hotel was obvious old and could use a little love. Cleanliness was not great. Small splatters on wall next to sink, brown smudge on wall next to toilet, gross smudge comforter, like someone wiped makeup. "

"To our surprise, we had to pay $24 for parking. The people were friendly. The room and elevators could use some upgrades. The sofa was very hard and uncomfortable. The remote for the television didn’t work well. Very close to Midway Airport. "
