"My only gripe was the bar food quality & service, extremely slow and what came out didn’t match the descriptions half the time. Asked to see a manager by day 2 and they told me they were so short staffed they didn’t have one. Not acceptable, everything else was great!"

"My recent stay at the Hyatt Centric was quite enjoyable. I had a spacious deluxe corner room filled with natural light. However, when we opened the blinds on the right side, we discovered that we could see directly into the hospital rooms next door, so we decided to keep those closed. Throughout my stay, we did hear the occasional blaring ambulance passing by, both day and night. Something to note is that if you arrive a couple of hours early, they can store your luggage for you until your room...

"It’s not top of the line but it’s no where near bottom either. Was there for a quick weekend and would return for another stay. Friendly staff, we had no issues with our room. Could use a little updating but doesn’t make the stay any worse. "
