"This is a lovely hotel. We had a room in the Pole Barn which had its own outside seating. The seating here could do with being a wee bit more comfortable, but it was a nice touch. The room was small but very well-designed - controllable temp and lighting, a fridge and a great bathroom. The restaurant was lovely - big, airy and stylish. The food was excellent adn the main bonus was the staff -friendly and helpful without fail."
"Glebe Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The location was superb with views out to sea from the cottage and hot tub. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. I read other people’s reviews so brought some scissors. Bonus of having electric car chargers right outside the cottage. It’s really thoughtful of the owners to mow the edges of the fields so you can easily walk to the coast or to Embleton village without going on the road.

"We booked this house for a few days with our family of three couples, two children and an infant. The space was perfect for us, with comfortable bedrooms and a great balance of spaces to relax and socialise. House is surrounded by stunning views and tastefully decorated to a beautiful standard. The kitchen was very well equipped, garden was spacious and well maintained, and the games room in the garage was a great bonus for the kids! We hope to return! "

"This was a rabbit warren of a hotel, with rooms of all shapes and sizes scattered throughout the site. We were initially given a very dark room, which was a strange shape, and a yapping dog next door; we were given a much better room when we complained.
There was a problem with the wifi connection throughout our stay, and as the mobile phone signal was poor, we had to leave the hotel to get an internet connection.
There was insufficient car parking on site and so we had to pay £10.80 per day at a nearby car park. "
