Due to the traditional terraced landscape of the Selva hills, there is another villa situated below Villa Francesca, each with its own postal address and private access. This is a very typical arrangement for hillside properties in this part of Italy and can be clearly seen in the photographs provided.
Despite the proximity, privacy at Villa Francesca is beautifully maintained, with your gardens, pool, and outdoor spaces being completely independent.
