VILLA DEI COLORI - VILLA AZZURRA

The villa that houses Casa Azzurra and Casa Rossa is located in a very convenient position, right in the center of the island, immediately behind the town on the side of the old prison at the beginning of Via Calamoni.
The two most famous coves of Favignana have inspired the name and the colors of the two independent apartments, Casa Azzurra and Casa Rossa, located respectively on the first floor and on the ground floor of the villa. The houses have an independent entrance and garden.
Each house has a large garden and a gazebo of exclusive competence.
The outdoor spaces have been taken care of by the owners who have very privileged the green spaces equipped with gazebos, deckchairs and comfortable hammocks. The construction of the two gardens is a particularly successful work of a well-known Marsala nurseryman.
Many parts of the furniture are single pieces found at niche fairs and shops.
Domestic hot water is generated in an ecological manner using solar panels.
Summer-winter air-conditioning is guaranteed by a latest generation multi-split inverter system, but its use is necessary sporadically thanks to the presence of a thermal coat that keeps the rooms always fresh.
In winter, hot water radiators and towel warmers are used in bathrooms powered by a latest-generation gas boiler.

Bella esperienza!

Casa accogliente, curata con gusto, nei minimi particolari. Ben ventilata, non è stato necessario l'uso dei condizionatori nonostante le alte temperature. Giardino grazioso, utile per fare una cenetta anche all'esterno . A soli10 minuti a piedi dal centro. È stata una bella esperienza di famiglia.

Wohlfühl Wohnung auf Favignana

Sehr Gute Lage des Hauses/ Wohnung, ideal für Ausfluge mit dem Rad. Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus abgestellt werden (ruhig und privat) Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und können das Haus/ Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Giardini dell’Eden di Favignana

Casa gioiello a due passi dal centro ma in un angolo silenzioso e curato. La casa è nuova e curata nei dettagli ed il giardino un paradiso con tanto di palme e amaca è un tocca sana dopo una giornata di sole! Molto apprezzato il check-in ed il check-out e la disponibilità della proprietà sempre attenta che la permanenza degli ospiti sia piacevole e senza ostacoli al relax.

Sogno o son desto...

Casa Azzurra è stata una vera sorpresa! Già molto bella a giudicare dalle foto, dal vivo è stata molto meglio....dotata di ogni confort.... e arredata con gusto. Comoda ai servizi, al paese e posta in zona strategica perché nel centro dell'isola. Vacanza indimenticabile per le bellezze di Favignana ma Casa Azzurra è stata la ciliegina sulla torta.
