"Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. "We had a long weekend stay at Dolly’s caravan it was lovely spacious and modern very well cleaned. Was surprised to see tea, coffee and sugar as well as biscuits provided which way a nice touch as well as shower gel and hand wash. Dolly also accommodated our early arrival which we were grateful for. Lidl was a 1 minute drive so was great when picking up supplies. The beach a 5 minute drive and the pool on complex was free. Would definitely consider staying here again if returning to Felixstowe....

"The property was clean, but the quality of bedding and kitchen stuff was just too basic. Absolutely shapeless and thin pillows, all same everywhere, so nothing to choose from. Utensils and plates are fresh from Tesco basic range still with stickers. Pans with anti stick bottoms scratched, which may be a health issue. I know it’s a caravan, and not much aspiration to be expected, but it might be just a tad bit better than a factory canteen."

"Excellent! Great little place to stay, I had the studio accommodation and it was very well stocked with fresh bread, milk, butter, jam, biscuits, chocolates, cakes and the kitchen was well stocked with stuff like the simple things like tinfoil which are extra things a lot of places don't do. Credit to the team here, the rooms are lovely, warm and well maintained. The extra touches with the food is a great idea and very welcome. People were very helpful on check in and the place was very quiet...
