"Pleasantly surprised by the Property. Older Property (Very Stately- Similar to Hotels in New Orleans); however, part of the Vibe. Rooms very clean- sheets and blanket smelled very clean and even came close to thinking they ironed the sheets. A/C worked very well; Water Pressure great with hot water. "The atmosphere was very quaint as expected for the style of the Guest House. The room was very nice. Smelled fresh and AC worked well. Bed was very comfortable. But the carpets were quite tired. The floors on the balcony were very tired. Two lovely rocking chairs on the balcony could have used a small table. "Our stay was wonderful. The views were amazing, the room was huge and yet very cozy, the bathtub was incredible and the bed was the cherry on top! We slept very well on the awesome mattress inside a four poster bed that was beautiful. The only thing I could have wished for was “a dumb waiter,” to carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. Don’t over pack! But, the jet bath tub definitely made up for any discomfort getting to my room."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The people was very friendly and helpful about the city. The nice eating places, etc.. we did our morning walk in the area which was very nice, calm and peaceful.
