"The nightime clerk that checked me in was very pleasant, friendly, and check in was fast. Great experience overall. The nighttime clerk, whom I am assuming was over the breakfast area, was not friendly at all, didnt even say hello, and apparently does not understand a thing about customer service. She should change her attitude oe work in a different field!"

Fortunately the 2nd phone number listed was answered and the mgr let us in. She was very nice and helpful.
