"No coffe cups and only one coffee although lots of sugar and creamer. No tissues either. But, the towels were soft and the bed was very comfortable. The check in person told me to call if we needed anything, but I was able to get coffee cups from their breakfast area which was open. Overall, very good and we would stay here again."

"I don't understand why the top of the beds are so high off the floor. It's very difficult for an older, shorter than average person to get into and out of the bed. Disappointed the restaurant was closed and it took 'forever' for the hot water while waiting for a shower, let alone wash your hands. A lot of water wasted. Also, we found it annoying you can't pull the curtains to shut out the light from the parking lot. Other than that, it is very comfortable hotel"

"Very clean, affordable and great location. Andy checked us in and was probably one of the best front desk staf I've ever dealt with. He was kind, courteous, friendly, super helpful, and sooo nice! He made checking in a breeze. He even calked our room a few minutes aftef checking in to make sure everything was okay in our room. He was outstanding in his attentiveness to cusotmers! Overall a great stay! Thank you."
