"Beyond expectations and this has been a wonderful memory as our visit in February 2025 Thank you, Blu Bar and Grill and all the Radisson Blu resort staff. All were fantastic and so welcoming. Our last night's meal at the Blu bar and grill was exceptional and ended our 7 day stay with a grand finale. On behalf of our family of five who one travelledr from the UK and Australia we thank you so much for your wonderful service it was 10/10, your sincerity and care was 10/10 and making your home our home as your visiting guests was 10/10. In the Blu Bar and Grill the variety and availability of food was exceptional and it was another 10/10 there was such a variety so that every man woman and child was well fed and left content. The restaurant was very clean and appealing the floor service was wonderful and amazing, welcoming and pleasant they ensured that your meal and requirements were met and nothing was in anyway difficult for them. We noted service that was of a very high standard so much so we extend a special thank you to your floor staff and service personnel. We would additionally like to thank Sala and Ismeli for their wonderful service. Those on duty on the 17 February 2025 in the Blu bar and grill as API, Rhonda, Dani, Luse, Lavena, Prathna, Yashua, and Chefs, Mosese, Nathon, Josh (sous chef) Iferemi... "Our stay at Sheraton Denarau Villas was absolutely wonderful! The villas were spacious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We can't wait to return to this beautiful paradise!"

"Palms was okay to stay. The pool was not quite as big as the photos. Our room seemed a little dark. Overall it’s a comfortable place to stay."

"Having ability issues I found getting around extremely easy. I found the staff extremely hospitable., and the hotel well cared for. The music could have been turned down during quiet/relaxing times and only one lift working."

"I had the best time staying here. The team members went above and beyond to make sure my stay was special. Everyone was so kind, remembered my name and validated often to make sure my stay was perfect and it really was! I even got a few surprises like coconut water at my door with flowers. I only had the breakfast buffet but I was more than satisfied with the variety offered and the taste. The pools and grounds were maintained daily, as well as the room had I wished for it (I didn’t need daily housekeeping personally) I just wanted to rest but had I wanted to do activities, there was a desk where guests could choose from various options and going back to the mainland was possible and accessible whenever we wanted. Being a solo female traveler, I had a problem with a male guest who made me feel uncomfortable but management took this very seriously and dealt with it. I felt very safe. Very grateful for my experience and vacation."

"Loved staying here. The room was great and spacious. The air con was amazing! Little dated in the bathroom but would not deter me in staying again. Staff were all very nice and friendly. Service was fantastic. Great breakfast and food at the restaurants. Cocktails where great as well. We went in the off season so could imagine peak would be hard to get a spot around the pool. Great value for your money. Would definitely stay here again"
