"Overall, very good. The rooms are a bit dated and some obvious wear is evident. My chair had the back ripped, wear and scrpae marks on the wall and furniture wand carpet worn. Painted side of bathtub peeling badly and some rust on metal door frame of bathroom. But the bed was comfortable, Heat worked well and the area is QUIET. Only 3 minute drive to the ferry that takes you to downtown. One big minus, no restaurants around anywhere."

"This hotel is in a great location and had gated in and out self parking($45/day). They don't have a liquor license, yet, so we didn't get to enjoy the bar and it was a bit chilly to use the pool. Our room was spacious, great shower, and the bed was comfy. We will definitely come back."

"This property is fantastic! The amenities are what you would expect for this chain. It is a very spacious suite, and extremely comfortable. But the thing that stands out about this property is the very kind and accommodating staff. My daughter and I and our dog were traveling across the country, and our New Orleans stop was the last night of our trip. Then - a freak snow storm rolled in and we were stuck and not able to leave. The hotel was so helpful and accommodating, putting us right back in our same room. The valet was awesome, as well as the front desk staff. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I would HIGHLY recommend it!"
