"We wanted to come to New Orleans with a budget but are definitely used to a certain quality of facilities and this was the perfect in between something fancy and something cheap. I very much love The artsy mural on the outside, it was very clean, the parking being a sign be a room was awesome, my only wish was that there was a microwave in the unit. If we come to New Orleans again we will definitely stay here"

"The property is good for a 3 day vacation, every room had a tv plus the one in the living room , but only one worked , there was a coffeemaker but not coffee, the beds and the pillows were super comfy , it’s really spacious, we had our own room with a king size bed and our fired a had a full size bed , there’s one big bathroom , one big living room amd a kitchenette, walking distance, you are 10 minutes from the main action on bourbon st , "

"Creamer and coffee lacked attention. The beds are getting old as we had a hump between us. You have to waste 5 gallons of water before the shower finally heats up. It is tough to navigate schedules and transportation in LA. Overall, the hotel is very old, and we never used maid service, so for the most part, I'll give it a 4-star rate."

"Overall, very good. The rooms are a bit dated and some obvious wear is evident. My chair had the back ripped, wear and scrpae marks on the wall and furniture wand carpet worn. Painted side of bathtub peeling badly and some rust on metal door frame of bathroom. But the bed was comfortable, Heat worked well and the area is QUIET. Only 3 minute drive to the ferry that takes you to downtown. One big minus, no restaurants around anywhere."
