"Very nice hotel. However we booked for the shuttle to the airport and it did not start until 9AM. Had to pay an extra $30 to get to airport. Very disappointing as our flight left at 7AM. Will definitely use a different hotel with shuttle service available early"

"My room was huge. I love the art deco decor. Very nice to walk downstairs for dinner and brunch. Easy walk to the captial for my concert. Valet parking."

"I've never had a more interesting and fun stay at a hotel. The staff and guests are all super friendly and helpful. I'd like to inquire about possibly renting a room indefinitely as a home away from home. I was wandering around and chatting with the employees too much but they understood that I was bored at night and politely went back to doing their job. I miss being there already and I don't think I've ever thought that about a hotel before lol. Thanks for everything! "

"Room was cold initially. Staff at front counter said we could change rooms. I said no because we had just out heating unit on. The heater was so loud no one could get any sleep. But for what we needed a quick stay before a flight out. Hotel was fine. A shuttle to airport would have been nice. No Ubers so early in morning "
