"My husband and booked a room for our 25th wedding anniversary. We had chosen the Motor City Casino because of the size of the room, the view and the use of the spa amenities. As we toured the building, we found out the spa was closed the two days we were there. That was a disappointment and wish that the spa hours were listed in the ad. It was sad to miss those amenities but the hotel experience was good enough we would come back and try again... making sure to not go on a monday or a tuesday."

"We love Grand Beach as it right on the water and you can reserve rooms on 1st floor/beach view. The location is right on main drag, near restaurants, putt putt golf, etc. Kids love the indoor pool/jacuzzi for cold rainy days. Cons of hotel: you can hear people next to you and above you very easily, needs to be updated a bit, don’t love the breakfast boxes that are offered as we’ve tried different ones and we prefer a hot breakfast. "

"Services and personal were excellent! Facilities were rated good & bedroom. Rating on bathroom/shower is low! The bathroom sink did not drain property and needs attention! The shower drain did not drain well and is also backed up once shower runs after 2-3 minutes. This is extremely important for samitary reasons! Hair, dirt grime etc. usually builds up at the P trap located beneath the surface of the drain. When water backs up, this creates a serious health problem for the customer using the...

"A mother and daughter walk by while I was eating at the restaurant bar.. they walk by a few times and they stopped in! There's something so pure about that it brought emotions rushing to me in a moment! I knew that they were supposed to stop there! My state was cut short but a very nice staff. The two restaurant workers at the restaurant bar could have used three more helpers! But no complaints from I! "
