"Los Lagos was amazing for our family of 4 with kids age 10 and 14. They lived the pool and waterslides and we ate at the pool bar everyday for supper as they didn’t want to leave. The hot springs were amazing as were the staff at the bar area. We upgraded our room by contacting the hotel a few weeks before our stay and had to remove one night stay. Only when we checked in was it we found out there was a $35 fee from Expedia for cancelling a night. We had an amazing superior room with tons of space within walking distance to breakfast and the pool. We had no idea there would be a living room area with a separate couch to sleep on so our son slept there. We did have to put towels under the front door at night so spiders, geckos and bugs didn’t come in. Overall our stay was 10/10 and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Our only complaint was not enough pool chairs by the waterslide. It was tough to find spots to sit at times."

"Amazing hotel The area is beautiful, lots of activities within the hotel Close to all the activities of Fortuna and Arenal Rooms are nice, great views Food is delicious, every dish we ordered was great The entrance to the hotel area is a bit of terrain and not paved road, easy with a 4x4 but also doable with normal car. We loved everything and enjoyed every moment there, would be more than happy to return. "

"This hotel is a one of a kind. It is absolutely a marvel how such a hotel exists in the middle of the jungle/rainforest. It is simply gorgeous, and the staff is top notch! The property is amazing with hot springs everywhere - which are stunning and well maintained. The views of the volcano are stunning. So much to do here - You can even whitewater Kayak on site! There too many things to name to do a review any real Justice. What an amazing place!"

"Loved this property! The staff is excellent and always greets you and helps you with whatever you need. They were so attentive and made us feel really special for our vacation. As for the property, absolutely stunning. Our room looked over the pool area and we had the most beautiful view of the Arenal volcano. We were lucky enough to see the entire volcano which is rare during the rainy season months. Everything about this property is unreal including the jacuzzis and the pool. I would absolutely stay here again. "
