The staff was excellent! They were all very friendly, professional, and caring. They went far and beyond doing their job. It is a great location, and I loved the hot tub: an incredible city view!

Lovely hotel, avoid the breakfast
Lovely boutique hotel a nice walking distance from Valleys main gate and bus station. We had a cute little balcony and a beautiful room. The welcome was excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the breakfast was very poor indeed. What limited hot food there was had been allowed to go stone cold on a buffet heated with tea light candles! There was no toaster!! One other point of note is the awful smell emanating from the shower drain, which we cured by leaving a wet towel over.

Hotel is in a great location - just a short walk to Valetta city gate and main bus station. The rooms were spotless, the hotel looked recently renovated and the staff were all welcoming and helpful. I particularly appreciated that they provided a birthday cake. Free coffee & tea in reception was a really nice touch - coffee was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly and helpful staff always on reception. The hot tub on the roof terrace is great and we were able to use it during sunset which was a really nice touch. Location is fantastic. Can help yourself to coffee downstairs whenever. Some minor things i didn’t like was the pool looked like it needed a clean around the sides, and we were on a ground floor room that had no windows or natural light. This meant a slight damp smell in the bathroom and clothes/towels cant dry. Its also loud off being so next to reception and the main door, but it was fine for a couple of nights only. Still good value 👌

Good small hotel, conveniently close to Valletta and easy access to rest of Malta. Small room with plenty of natural light and a nice view. However, expensive for what it offers. We stayed previous night in a hotel inside Valletta that is in a historic building, beautiful, with roof pool, spa, breakfast included, and only 13 euros more expensive. The difference in taste, service, location, included elements, etc. was starking, for such a small difference in price.

Liked the location. Close to the gate to Valetta and the main bus station. Just hopped on the bus from the airport to the central station walked across the square to the hotel. Balzunetta restaurant down the road great. For a cafe 22nd January busy with locals. Would recommend the tuna ftira. Disappointing that the safes at the hotel rooms had still not been mended.

Very happy with our choice of staying here :)
This was our second trip to Malta and we wanted to stay near/walkable distance to Valletta, but away from the crowds. We are VERY pleased to have stayed at the Tritoni! Great staff, clean new hotel, comfortable room, quiet neighborhood, close to Valletta (inta-muros) and the Valletta bus terminals, which made visiting other regions of Malta very convenient. Did not use the pool or terrace facilities, so cannot speak on that. Did not have the breakfast of option either, but from what I could see, it's the usual breakfast buffet formula, so if you chose that option, you will certainly won't go hungry! We just preferred having more options for breakfast; you can find very affordable breakfast restaurants around, across from the Granaries (in Valletta will be more expensive) Would gladly come back to this hotel
