My room key was not working, so they gave me a new room that was only available for 3 days. I paid for a 7 day stay and they automatically checked me out because the room was booked for another persons stay.

BAD CHOICE
It was not a good experience. The linen was ripped. The room was very (very) dusty. I asked for two extra pillows and they didn`t put it in the room for me, even after my complains about the room. I had to go down to reception and take it myself, but both pillow covers were dirty. I won`t stay there again, the Hotel doesn`t follow IBIS standard.

American hotel. It adds on parking, breakfast, internet. They do give you a free hour of wi-fi in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is next to the freeway and there is a big shopping mall close by. The hotel is new, but the bath design sloshes water all over thebathroom. You are always standing in water in the bath. We checked out a day early.

Razoável
Hospedada na cidade de São José com temperatura de 10°C e os quartos não possuíam ar-condicionado no modo quente. Conseguimos a última coberta extra que o hotel dispunha. Paredes com infiltrações e quarto muito frio. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel e o pedido foi uma sopa e um misto quente que demoraram 1h e 30 minutos para ficarem prontos. Equipe da noite sobrecarregada, falta de funcionários que nos atenderam bem dentro do possível, porém é nítido o problema de gestão e organização do hotel que foge de padrão Ibis.

Os recepcionistas em especial o Juan, o pessoal da limpeza e da cozinha estão de nota 10. Super atenciosos, minha esposa estava doente na ocasião e todos deram total assistência. A localização também é muito boa. Próximo de shopping, academia e etc…
