"I would never return nor reccommend this property to anyone. There was construction going on in the front of the building from 5am-10am with non stop banging. The construction of the entire building is also built extremely poor where you can hear a pin drop from the room next door to the person below and above you even with 10 ft ceilings. "Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."

"We arrived at the hotel a day late due to a flight cancellation and the front desk staff could not have been more warm and welcoming after what became nearly a 48 hour journey for my sister and me. "One of Portofino’s finest hotels. Our private, luxurious, high-ceiling, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea was a total treat. A fairy tale. A short stroll to the bay of Portofino where all the action is on the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and kind, they really took great care of us.
