"Check-in was difficult. We had a car and the valet space was not available and there was no valet to help us. We finally got parked on our own and into the entrance which is also their bar. The live music made it very difficult to hear the receptionist. She shrugged and agreed it was very loud but she made no suggestion to find a quieter location to check us in. It was very unpleasant. She gave us our room keys and sent us on our way. As we entered the elevator a man jumped in behind us...
