"Rooms were clean & comfortable, albeit a bit on the small side. The included breakfast was good if you like curry for breakfast, we struggled with a non-Western breakfast! The drinks & biscuits available in the afternoon were good, as were the alcoholic beverages in the evening. The shuttle bus to Disney was good, except for the pick up process. People were waiting in line & then when the bus arrived, others not in line rushed to the bus, meaning those lined up nearly missed getting on."

"This is a basic hotel, confusing when you check in and have to collect your amenities to take up to your room. No food service or food to buy on site, I think they only offered breakfast. 7 eleven was nearby so we ate there. "The staff were accommodating with my needs for the post office and mailing a letter. It was nice to come back to a room that was freshly made up. I didn’t have any problems with the staff, they were friendly and helpful whenever I asked for help. I did notice that the furniture looks used and worn in, but there’s nothing wrong with that. I only wish that the hallway to my room was heated and indoor. "

There is nothing fancy about this hotel nor surrounding location, but it was nice and it was conveniently located. Tokyo Disneyland and Maihama Station (for visiting Tokyo) were both walkable via the neighboring Disney Ambassador Hotel and Ikspiari shopping mall. Tokyo DisneySea was an even easier, shorter walk a few blocks straight from the hotel entrance. I would stay...

"Got a huge shock upon checking in - halls and carpets on our floor and room looked like a war zone - shocking. No photos to show as we immediately requested a change of rooms. It turns out that they are renovating the two buildings in stages and we were able to be relocated to the renovated area, thanks to Suzuki at reception. It is a good location for Disney but beware - you would only want to stay in the renovated section. "
