Awesome location with attentive, caring staff; daily breakfast was amazing and on-site dining in general, was a cut above. Would stay again and would also like to try the Park Hyatt, once it reopens. "Great modern hotel with great staff! Breakfast is good but not a great variety especially with longer stays. We skipped some days due to that. The “fitness centre” is a joke with one ball and treadmill. Luckily we found a good gym close by (Warrior Gym) with good day or two-week rates. Anytime Fitness is across the street but no drop-ins or overseas addresses allowed for 1 month rates. Wish the hotel spent some more effort on their gym. I rate that a 1/5. Otherwise we had a great stay. "

"We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers, especially to families! We traveled as a family of 5, having booked 2 rooms. Our children (ages 7 and 5) really enjoyed the bunk beds. The rooms are spacious, with a laundry/drying machine in each unit. They also provide the detergent for the laundry to use as well. The unit and bathroom are very clean. The only minor downside is that the bedroom uses 2 twin beds rather than a king bed - but I think this is the norm for Tokyo where there...
