When I booked I assumed the photo of the view had been manipulated but it NO it actually is like that in person! So amazing to sit with your doors open, looking over the French Riveria. "I can't believe I found this property and last minute at that. It is located literally in the center of everything yet you can sleep to peace and quiet every night. It is very clean, AC works perfectly, and it's easy to get everywhere. I wish I could rate it even higher. Highly recommended if you're ever in Nice. You don't need to even use the bus anywhere, everything is near by."

"The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"
