"azzonni Hotel is one of the most outstanding hotels we have stayed in the world. The greeting we received was both exceptional and kind from front office staff Nasim, Okan and Gokham. They took a genuine interest in us as guests. When our room was delayed Guest relations manager Kseniia invited us up to their beautiful restaurant and supplied us with complimentary drinks. Our junior suite was spacious and beautifully appointed with a spa and large shower and the views are incredible. Lazzonni does all the things better than the other 5 star hotels and we would choose this as our destination in Istanbul every time.
