"The staff was friendly and very helpful. This hotel is a little older, needs a little updating paint and furniture. Could be a little cleaner, and there were four to five insects in my room. Oh and part of my shower door was missing."

"This is actually a Best Western property. It did not seem like one, however. It seems like a wonderful independent, small boutique hotel. The neighborhood is very safe with plenty of eating and shopping options. It is very walkable to all the major sights in historic Istanbul. Highly recommended for the price. "

"The hotel is an old Ottoman house and old decor is really not our thing. There are other things that are old in the hotel like the towels, the flat iron and in our room the hair blower is not really functioning well. Location wise, it is the best for us. It’s near to almost every tourist spots in old city. Me and my partner enjoys walking so we never had to use taxi during our stay except for going to the airport.
