"Yes, the property is a bit old but our room was clean. Although a partial renovation is done still some parts need to be updated. For instance the key system is not reliable so you’ll need very often to replace your key cards with new ones. The good point was that maintenance guy came immediately and fixed it. "During our visit the pool was opened but did not have enough water ( I believe ) for it to run through filters, so the water was cold, and did not appear to be running through pumps at all. Staff was friendly but Hotels website did not inform me that my reservations would have to be paid using only card, when I originally picked pay at hotel, cause I usually pay cash for all hotel stays. "I want to say a special Thanks to the Hotel front desk and Janet. The room stewart was awesome. We ask for fresh towels, matter of seconds, she knock on the door and gave us the towels. The front desk took care a problem with the shower head and phone. They took care of the problem so fast. My wife and I step out of the room for 20 minutes and they fix the problem. I will look forward to stay there again for the great service provided. Thank you Catalina!!"
