"We needed a quiet and calm week's holiday. The area was recommended to us and we found the hotel coincidentally. It was not peak season I gathered, which was a bonus as not many people around. I loved the terrace and reading room. if we go that area ever again, I will book the same hotel. "

"Great villa, 7 adults in 4 bedrooms. Bathrooms could do with bath mats, anti slip mat as you need to get in the bath for a shower, I did actually slip, we had to use tea towels in the bath and on the floor. One of the shower heads had lime scale so just a trickle. Could do with toilet roll holders. No extra towels or bed linen, one of the double bedrooms had no wardrobe or drawers, not great for a 2 week stay. "This pretty old villa is ideally located on the main road between beautiful Frigiliana and bustle Nerja. Ideally located within up hill walking distance to romantic Frigiliana which hosts many lovely restaurants, or an easy 10 min downhill bus ride to Nerja. Having the little bar close by was also very convenient. A spacious clean villa and beautiful garden and pool. Stephen was a great host. "

"We are a family of 4 (kids aged 10 and 4 years old) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It is spacious and very clean. Although rustic this house is very well equipped with everything you could need. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent and welcome on hot evenings. The pool and the surrounding area are fabulous. Very clean and well maintained. The views are spectacular and well worth the short journey up the hill. We had no problems at all and would love to return here...

"We were an extended family- from late seventies tk babies and all in between. The villa/casa rural was absolutely amazing. The views of the surroundings and Frigiliana town are incredible.
