"There's no one at the spot; you have to reply on the telephone number they provided. The whole house had a heating system set at an inconveniently low temperature and one cannot put to it higher value. Myself and later another tenant had to wait one hour each over the phone right at the doorstep in order to make calls and get the drop box room key as well as the main door electronic lock fixed. "

Really comfortable bed. Once received, the instructions for entry were clear. if you haven't received 24 hours before, it's worth reaching out to them via email. "The location of this property was exactly what we wanted. On the Thames, lots of wildlife and less then 30 minutes drive to Legoland, Chessington & Thorpe park.
