I don't think the cleaning staff understood English very well, because we did ask them to take our trash out but that didn't happen while we were in our room. We told them to come back to provide room service when we went to breakfast, but that didn't happen, either. I think it was language barrier, though, because the breakfast person and front desk person were excellent. "

"Overall the room was clean and comfortable, and quiet which was nice. Had an issue with the heat the first night but the staff was quick to rectify the issue the next day. Included breakfast was very good and all of the staff interactions were great. Would recommend this location. Would recommend "
