"Great experience. Well Located and exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue being very picky was having to wait for a parking space, but it only took 30mins. Overall one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Liverpool. "

"I’ve stayed there on two occasions.A beautiful building and The rooms are spacious. I was especially impressed by the large comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has some of the best bacon that I’ve eaten. All in all a hotel that I would highly recommend. It’s also better value than a chain hotel. Well worth a visit."

We were called and told that we could check in early the day before arrival, but on arrival we were told that it was a busy night and the room wasn’t ready. It wasn’t a problem because the gentleman on reception was super helpful and very friendly.
