"Der Hirsch in Füssen ist eine Tradition- und zwar ganz zu Recht. Das Niveau der Gastlichkeit ist sehr hoch. Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams an der Rezeption ist wirklich gut. Ich habe das Restaurant sehr genossen. Das Küchenteam macht eine wirklich sehr gute handwerkliche Arbeit (Zwiebelrostbraten mit sehr guter Fleischqualität und hervorragenden Speckbohnen). Besonders ist mir aufgefallen Fräulein Natalie, die zur Mittagszeit freundlich und sehr kompetent mit ihrem freundlichen Kollegen am Tresen das Restaurant „bewegt“- obwohl sehr jung eine echte Gastgeberin. Mein Dank an das gesamte Hirsch-Team auch an alle die, welche nicht sichtbar sind (super Housekeeping Leistung) Ich komme gerne wieder. Danke "

"This is a great boutique hotel with novel decor and comfortable beds. No service and self check in/out, although there was a young lady there when we checked in using the kiosk. It was good she was there because our credit card would not do touchless payment for the amount of the bill and she was able to use a chip card reader. If she wasn't there, I don't know what we would have done. Better to pay ahead. Info about braakfast was there, but none was actually offered. No one was there until cleaning ladies showed up later. Fuessen is a nice little town. Great restuarants around and gelato. The castles are of course the reason to visit this part of Bavaria. Hohen Schwangau is kuch better than Neu Schwanstein. They actually tell you a lot about the king and filt. At Neu Schwanstein, the tours are now nothing like they were 8 years ago. It is a rush to cram as many people through as fast as possible and you don't have time to look at anything and they tell you hardly anything. It used to be so good. This hotel should band with others in Fuessen to change that or tourism will go down when people learn how bad it has become. Hotel was great, Schwanfau was great. Schwanstein was awful. This was my third, and last, time to the area. Too bad, it used to be a great romantic place ro visit. "

"This is our second time staying at this property and it is an incredible experience. Ver close proximity to the main area of town, grocery stores and amenities close by, close to transit, and convenient parking. Why we have returned is mainly the level of customer service. The owner and his family are wonderful, super helpful and the hotel is spotless, offering a terrific variety for breakfast. I will return without a doubt and am impressed with how kind the owner is, along with his entire staff. Never disappointed! Highly recommend this hotel! "
