"It was one of the worst experiences with hotels. Though the hotel photoes look nice, when I arrived I noticed that the room is in the basement. And no information is given in the website about this. In spite of several requests and promises to chnge the room during my 5 day visit they did not change it. So please check before arriving whether it is basement or not. The rooms are small. The elevator does ot work from basement to upstairs lobby so I had to carry up my baggage through stairs....

"This is a great, newly remodeled hotel. Breakfast was really good. The beds are comfortable, except for the pillow (it was too high for me), but this is just a matter of preference. AWESOME customer service!!! The people were very nice and helpful. We had a few issues with the wifi, but they were able to resolve them. The location is perfect; 3 min walk from a big shopping mall and the Metro Station. We really enjoyed our stay!"
