On checking in we were informed that our case had already been taken to our room, which was great as we didn’t have to carry it up 3 flight of stairs to our room as there is no lift. "Hotel is a pretty quick walk from a tube station- which was great and convenient! They have a place on-site to store luggage which is helpful for people arriving early. The room itself was okay- could use some updating. The shower was super small, there was just enough room to stand inside and slowly spin around. There wasn't a way to control the temperature in the room, and the heater was on full blast the whole time. It was a great place to stay if you're looking for an affordable option! "

"Stayed for one night after visiting Royal Albert Hall which was about 25 minutes walk. The hotel is well presented, clean and modern. Reception & breakfast staff were lovely. Room on a smaller side, bathroom was a bit of a squeeze, but you could easily pay 2x more for a similar accommodation in the area so no complaints here. Breakfast had a good variety, was fresh & delicious. Highly recommend the warm vegan croissant with blueberry filling:-) Will definitely stay here again."

"Nice Hammersmith boutique hotel. Reception is self check in with tablet which I hate, especially when there are two members of staff going spare. I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception...
