"The staff at the hotel was amazing (front desk, night manager, housekeeping director, breakfast staff) and the hotel was classic Florentine style. Although I didn’t get to enjoy the entirety of my prepaid stay at the hotel and Florence ( I injured myself on day 3 of my 15 day stay and left for the US on day 7), my stay was comfortable and all the staff helped me as needed. "Overall very nice. Probably the only criticism was that the roof top bar, which was lovely, was ridiculously expensive. Every Italian bar/restaurant has some sort of house wine if you are not intending to go for broke but one round of ordinary drinks was 41 Euros so we didn’t go back. Around the corner we could get just as good wine for half the price. Not a terrible criticism just an annoyance."
