We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and very comfortable (Appt 97) our only complaint was couldn’t get an English speaking channel on tv. Tried to get bbc news channel but it didn’t work.

The apartments are a good size and well furnished and are just around the corner from the main hotel where you check in. They are situated in an excellent location with just a short walk to the numerous restaurants on the riverside and the main square. There was a bit of noise from building work going on in the vicinity which did annoy one of the couples we were travelling with but our apartment was fine. The breakfast is served in a restaurant beside the apartments and was excellent. You can choose one of the main dishes from the menu and can have as many drinks as you want.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment. Very good for a family with two kids. Big outdoor terrace! Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops all around. Most tourist attractions within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Very good place to stay for a visit to Gdansk. Quiet rooms despite the central location.

Very dangerous, do not visit! The pictures lie, rude staff. The hotel claims to have Spa and wellness but it is a swimming area with hundreds of screaming children. No relaxation at all. The bed was broken and we got back pain. I hurt myself on the shower head because it was sharp as a knife, but the hotel refused to give any compensation. Don't waste your vacation on this lousy accommodation. Catastrophic!

I have stayed in Gdansk several time and this Apart hotel I highly recommended. My apartment had everything you could wish for and was like brand new. Location was excellent, the city centre and tourist sites are in easy walking distance. The only thing I would add is a safe. Not because the site was not well managed and had good security but because I am used to having a safe in my room on my travels so I missed it.

Very central, clean and good value for the money. Apartment with everything. Local grocery store that have what you need to make breakfast. The SPA area is under the reception, a small walk from the apartments. The SPA has a small hot tub and pool, with a steam room and sauna, and all of them are quite nice to use. Relaxing atmosphere. We did not try the SPA services, breakfast or restaurant. Would go here again next time with friends or family.

They should make it clear that the apartments are one block away from the hotel so you need to take a short walk to ammenities. The apartments are not at all as nice as the hotel. We recently stayed at Grano Hotels in Gdansk, and our experience was largely positive. The hotel is fantastically located in the Old Town, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city’s historic sites. Our apartment was very fresh and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and modern place to relax. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s SPA, which was delightful to use and added a touch of luxury to our visit. However, we were a bit confused about the breakfast arrangement. We initially thought that a buffet was included with our booking, but it turned out that only one dish was included. Despite this minor confusion, our overall experience at Grano Hotels was very enjoyable, and we would recommend it to others visiting Gdansk.

Our apartment was spacious, with 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. However, it is meant for at least 4 people, yet had fewer dinner plates than that and only 2 patio chairs! We would have liked to use the pool more, but the only access is a long walk outside, then through the hotel, and we were allowed only 1 hour free use per day - I don't know the cost to use it longer than that. When you account for the time to shower and change clothes, that's not much time per day to use it. Also, the hot tub was not hot. Pool was nice but had so many people in it, we could not swim. It was disappointing to have to pay for extra towels and coffee and tea for our 5-night stay.

The apartments are in good conditions and close to old town - other than that the noise and no response from reception when contact them are very poor… noise in apartment with loud piano from noon to evening kills the mood - I moved 1 day before cause I can’t stand the noise, complain to hotel were either responded
