"Inside atrium pool and hot tub is clean and working and fabulous. Our room is clean and nice. We arrived early and were able to check in— check in guy was wonderful. Overnight check in guy was abrupt. We have two beds and we sleep cold. I asked for two extra blankets and he was adamant at only giving one — I guess I’ll sleep cold tonight since I will give my kids the one extra blanket. "Signage for entrance was very difficult to find in daylight, and at night, it was only lit from one visible side, If you were coming up the road from the northern direction and needed to turn right, the Sign was easy to miss. It was partway up the hill. There was nothing close to the actual term or to warn that the turn was coming up. We spent an hour trying to help one member of our party to find the way, I finally drove down and waited next to the freeway so that I could have him follow me...
