"We stayed 5 nights whilst visiting Genova and the surrounding area. We made use of the secure car parking offered. The reception staff were all wonderful, very polite and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the bus stop into town and also the sea front. We were able to cook dinner and heat water for hot drinks. You do need to provide your own washing up liquid and sponge. "I would never return nor reccommend this property to anyone. There was construction going on in the front of the building from 5am-10am with non stop banging. The construction of the entire building is also built extremely poor where you can hear a pin drop from the room next door to the person below and above you even with 10 ft ceilings. "Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."

"Nice, well equiped, kind staff, excelent brakfast,clean, fantastic viev.Bathroom had a lot od places where you couf put, hang your things, and towels were so soft...but shower was very small. I should say.. if a guy iz XXL he would have some problems to close the doors, otherwise it was overall a nice place."

"The owners were very nice and the food was excellent. The room was nice however we were disappointed with the bathroom. We expected a jacuzzi tub, but the jets didn’t work in the tub. There was no shower head, only a hand-held faucet, plus there was no shower enclosure. Made it a challenge to wash without creating a mess all over the bathroom. "

"Great location, amazing views from the sea view rooms, friendly staff, very clean; but it’s not a four stars more like a 3 stars plus. No sound proofing between the rooms, forget sleeping quietly, bath towels are very rough, bath hot water is just mild…nice but for the price could be better"
