"Lovely hotel, perfect location, excellent staff service. Only negative was when we got to our room we were allocated one that could be used as a connecting room for families, only a thin door separating the rooms and you could hear everything the people in the other room were saying, "

"Lovely room right by the water. Huge comfortable bed. Good shower. Air conditioning, though we didn’t need it in January, still good to know it’s available. The bar is nice though not well stocked. Lack of anything to eat when arriving late was a little downer. The Staff are first-rate, attentive and efficient. Restaurant has a nice atmosphere right on the river. The porridge is to be avoided, just damp oats. "
