"It is clearly advertised here as a VIP Property. It says it right here in black and gold that Gold Status hotels.com members should get a free upgraded room if available. Asked them if there were any more expensive rooms available and they said yeah ok 66k KRW, showed them my booking stating that they needed to give me the upgrade and they refused. Called hotels.com twice taking up an hour of my time. nothing LOL not even a stinking as stated free non alcoholic beverage.. It said a free drink...
