"We enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely even though I only got to dive in and get out immediately. The pool closes at 19:00, and I had arrived after a very hot day touring Rome at 5 till. "I made a reservation on expedia on the day of check in. The reservation was accepted and I traveled 30 minutes to get to the hotel. When I arrived, a taxi dropped me off and I then got a phone call from a man at the hotel. He said they did not have a room for me but had a room 30 minutes in the opposite direction - with excitement, he offered me a larger room at another hotel with a balcony. I explained I could not stay in the alternative hotel because I could not get another taxi to travel...
